So, I open my inbox today, and among the rest of the drivel, I receive an email message from a family member. The title? FW: A NEW SCHOOL PRAYER! All in caps. "Oh" I say to myself, "this is going to suck".

Nebraska town has a law against clairvoyance, fortune telling and divination. ACLU intervenes.

The ACLU issued a press release Tuesday with a copy of a letter sent to the City of Scottsbluff. In the letter, ACLU Nebraska Legal Director Amy Miller cited an ordinance, 13-3-9, which prohibits against "clairvoyance, fortune telling and divination."
